Principal: Manuel Quezada

I am truly honored to serve as the Principal of Wells Middle School. I am grateful for the opportunity to join such an outstanding school community. The 2026–2027 school year marks my 27th year in education, including 12 years as a school administrator.

As we prepare for a new school year, I am excited to partner with our dedicated teachers, staff, students, and families to create a learning environment where every student feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed. I firmly believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success, and I look forward to building those relationships with each of you throughout the year.

Together, we will continue the proud tradition of Wells Middle School while embracing new opportunities for growth and excellence. My commitment is to ensure that every student has access to a safe, engaging, and high-quality educational experience that prepares them for future success.

I am also excited to introduce the outstanding administrative team that will be serving our Wells Middle School community. Together, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.
 

Assistant Principal: Harmonie Redding

Mrs. Redding brings over two decades of experience in education, including being a middle school teacher, school counselor, as well as roles as an adjunct professor and a district leader for Career Technical Education (CTE) and AVID. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success and creating a positive campus culture. She values meaningful partnerships with families and collaborative relationships with staff. Her passion is creating a positive, supportive school environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Assistant Principal: Christina Powers

Mrs. Powers started her tenure in Alvord USD at Terrace Elementary, so coming to Wells Middle School feels like coming home. Although new to middle school administration, she brings a fresh perspective and overall desire to support student achievement and help create a welcoming and inclusive campus culture. She values positive student and family relationships and will be working hard to develop a foundation of trust to ensure every student feels supported and empowered to succeed.

We believe that open communication, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to student success are the foundation of an exceptional school.
